Monthly Fees: $49.99 per computer
What does this cover? Everything except hardware failure, although labor to replace the hardware is always included. What are the limitations? No limits! Including time limits! We are so confident in the abilities of our products and services, we do not limit the support you receive. The only thing we cannot offer our 99% uptime guarantee on is equipment or software that is overly proprietary, or encrypted. This is because these computers or programs do not offer complete access and force you to deal with the manufacturer for any changes/updates/repairs/etc...
Example: Most medical facilities have a few computers with very specialized software that not only encrypts itself, but encrypts the computer it is loaded on. We may not be able to fully clean, or monitor it properly.

Service Contract Options:
- Smart network (router, switch): +$25 (+15 for each additional networking device)
- NAS or backup device: +$35
- Server running modern OS (call about an outdated OS): +$125
The Fine Print:
- Any signs of abuse or negligence can result in an added fee. Abuse & negligence guidelines are at the sole discretion of LanLabs and may change without notice.
- Overly proprietary and/or encrypted systems and software may not be fully covered and level of coverage is at the sole discretion of LanLabs.
- Hardware failure is not covered under this policy. However, labor costs to replace the hardware are always covered.
